Few years ago I was involved in a little issue with an apartment complex that denied me and also decided to dishonestly keep my $500 application deposit. I sued them my self and they won because they came with a big lawyer and the judge bought their version of the story.Frustrated, hurt and Out of... desperation I started looking for a lawyer to take over the case . 5 lawyers told me it was not worth the money . But my goal was more to have justice served then get my money back. Finally I found James and he understood my case and worked it very professionally from the begining to the end. Conclusion: The appartment settled for way more money than they stole from me .

Honestly he deserves a lot more credit then he may admit. I was facing charges that would have ruined my chances of ever being able to work if they were placed on my record. Not only did he go out of his way to travel to my courthouse but he took the time to speak with the DA and have my charges redu...ced to only 30 days probation. After my probation was finished it was dismissed an it was not put it on my record. I am grateful to have came across a lawyer who took the time to explain what we were going to do to beat this. An I am forever grateful that it is not on my record.
