Reversal of default judgment on Bill of Review

OUTCOME: Default overturned. New trial ordered.

Plaintiff obtained a default judgment against my client in September of 2014. They claimed to have proper service and began attempts to collect the judgment in February of 2015. I successfully argued ... that Plaintiff's documentation showed a due process violation based on the US Constitution, Texas Supreme Court case law and the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure.
