Kelsey Louise Stokes

Kelsey Stokes is recognized as a national leader in mass personal injury litigation. Kelsey practices primarily in the areas of mass tort litigation, products liability, and complex commercial litigation.

Kelsey has built a career at the forefront of complex mass tort litigation and has served as trial counsel in multiple high-stakes bellwether trials that shaped the direction of the Multi-District Litigations (“MDLs”) that she leads. Her practice is built on a simple conviction: that patients harmed by defective medical devices deserve advocates willing to litigate against the largest manufacturers in the world, for as long as it takes.

A Texas lawyer by training and practice, Kelsey earned her undergraduate degrees at the University of Texas at Austin and her law degree at the University of Houston Law Center. She is also committed to expanding the path she helped open, mentoring younger attorneys and advancing women into leadership roles in mass tort litigation.
