Marc Anson Bozeman

Marc is trial lawyer. He has handled an array of cases, usually presenting difficult or novel issues of legal interpretation and application or presenting difficult or novel issues of fact, facts that may superficially differ from the conventional set of facts that usually invoke particular laws but facts that are conceptually similar and within the scope of those particular laws. Handling these cases has taught Marc how to more effectively and persuasively advocate for his clients. Handling these cases has also taught Marc how to more effectively pursue valid, equitable legal remedies that are often not apparent. 

During Marc's time in law school, he first developed the skills necessary for effective trial advocacy under an intense trial advocacy training program. He won runner-up for Best Advocate as a member of one of UT Law's interscholastic mock trial teams in a multiple state competition that involved several law schools.  

Marc has an extensive football background as a player that has taught him the virtues of toughness and discipline. There is a white-hot, competitive fire that burns within Marc. This background has further given him the mindsets that no legal opponent is too big and no legal challenge is insurmountable. These ideals are great allies to Marc when he handles his cases through litigation and all the way through trial. 

Marc is a native Houstonian and is a graduate of Episcopal High School. He serves as Director of Legal Affairs and Director of Alumni Recruitment for the University of Michigan Alumni Association-Houston Chapter. In addition, he serves on the Networking Committee of the EHS Alumni Association and is a volunteer student recruiter for the University of Michigan and the University of Texas School of Law.
