Very knowledgeable in his area of expertise, but..
Very knowledgeable in his area - Franchising/Franchise agreements. He was very good at explaining everything in laymans terms. There was additional work that he agreed to complete. Once I paid him - I couldn't get in touch with him... he didn't return repeated emails or calls. He never did the ad...
