Toni Marie Vigliotti

I hired Toni to represent me in a family law matter that included complex real estate and contempt issues and she has done what other attorneys could not. Toni was and is very attentive to all the details in my case and she is also very understanding. She is fair and just and will fight for what is... right. Not only has she fought for me, but she has always kept me in the loop and followed up in a timely manner at each arising situation, never leaving me to fend for myself and helping me make the most informed decisions. Thanks to her she has made a very stressful situation more bearable and because of her skills and experience we have reached a good point in my situation.

Toni was recommended to me by a paralegal at another Law Firm. Let me say one thing about Toni. You will not find another attorney that will stand by your side and fight for you more than her. I had been through four different attorneys in handling my divorce, bankruptcy, etc. The frustrating par...t with it all was the lack of compassion and care given by the other attorneys. I will be the first to stand by her side if anyone doubts her integrity and caring about her clients. Let's not get this wrong. She doesn't go "out of bounds" by any means. What's right is right, and she will have no problem telling you so. If she has questions, she asks. She wants the answers, good or bad, up front so she is not surprised by anything. My only complaint, she wasn't my attorney through the divorce.

It was clear the Ms. Vigliotti's goal was to complete a quick divorce as she charges a one-time fee. When I did not agree with the terms and conditions of the divorce, Ms. Vigliotti became impatient and defensive. Quantity over quality. What was also concerning was that my ex-wife communicated to me ...that my own attorney was complaining about me to the opposing counsel. Minutes after questioning what my ex-wife shared, I was emailed a letter that she discontinued her representation. As a result, I was able to sign on with a more experienced and patient attorney who saw my vision and help deliver the proper settlement. I guess you get what you pay for in the legal world.
