Richard John Presutti

Originally I hired Richard Presutti, back in 2001 I was involved in an auto accident. Richard was the only attorney that would even pick up my case because my physical bodily damage was much more than my actual car damage being reasonably low. However he took on my case that was passed down from an a...ttorney I was originally going to hire. I had great concerns at first as to why Mr. Presutti would want to take on my case, but none of the other attorney's were even interested. Wow was I blown away, he managed to get me a very fair settlement in the end and more importantly I didn't have to deal with the insurance companies. Through the years I have sent friends and family to Mr. Presutti, because he is very loyal, trustworthy, and honest.I have recently hired Richard Presutti for an auto accident my young kids and I were in Oct. of 2013. I contacted Richard Presutti after the accident because I know he is a very trusted lawyer, which are very hard to find. I highly recommend.
