2015 Attorney Catherine Del Valle embarked upon a family case that would have caused most seasoned counsels to run for the hills or graciously articulate "Not interested in representing this case mam" In 2015 I was forced to secure legal counsel for a family issue. My ex husband was refusing to a...llow me to visit with our then 6 year old daughter. Over the course of six months I was denied legal visitation during my SPO. The co-parent failed to provide a timely response and March 2016 we won the judgement by default. Immediately, My ex secured counsel and filed a motion claiming he was not properly served. Despite all of the legal responses from her colleagues who assumed a new trial was inevitable; Catherine stayed the course and prepared an iron clad defense. Catherine unleashed a defense that was unstoppable and pure genius. Her tenacity and will to render justice was skillfully exemplified. She orchestrated a solid presentation with credible witnesses that benefited my case and yielded optimal results for my family. What was most impressive about Catherine was that she would not give up, no matter the opposition, the history and complexities of the case. On April 13, 2016 the judge denied the respondent a new trial. I walked out of the 312th Family court room elated and validated because my counsel never stop believing in my plight to one day again receive permanent reunification with my now 7 year old daughter. Catherine was referred to me by my co-workers at Bush IAH Airport, whom comprise of many nationalities. An excellent Counselor. My first case with her was getting custody of my son whom at that time was 12 years old. (Today is his 24th birthday, 16 Sep). I thought that would be impossible but sh...e found the way. A short time later one of my other sons eager to drive was apprehend by the police for no insurance, fake inspection sticker (falsifying govt. documents). Went to court, and like a law magician had gotten that case thrown out. It was simply amazing to witness how knowledgeable and smart she was. My most recent hiring of Catherine, which just end Monday 15 Sept. was also for one of my sons whom made a bad choice and found himself on the wrong side of the law, I will not divulge any information about. She was able to get him "Pretrial", which may have been one of the most amazing since he surpassed the age of qualifying for Pretrial. Take my word, as I did my coworkers that she is a very good attorney and really takes her job (your business) serious.

I do not recommend this lawyer Catherine del Valle, I hired her 1 year ago for a immigration case, and she never called me about my case!! I called her several times with no results. She called me one time about my case has never called me again. I paid her to file INS papers and she never filed the...m. Again I don't recommend this Viper because if you play with snakes you could get bit !!!

Please be very careful when if you decide to go with this lawyer, not only did she take my money she tried to make me plea guilty to a crime that I did not commit, the case was so simple, I gave her all of the supporting evidence to prove my case, and she never came to court prepared, she was always ...late and one day she did not show up at all, I had to hire a different attorney, I gave them the same evidence that I gave her and they was able to go in and have the case dismiss, and the charges drop. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT NEVER AGREE TO SOMETHING THAT YOU HAVE NOT DONE, SHE WANTED ME TO LIE AND SAY I DID THE CRIME AND TOTALLY THROW MY LIVELY HOOD AWAY, SHE WAS VERY HEARTLESS AFTER SHE RECEIVED MY MONEY.PLEASE BE AWARE OF HER!
