I began a custody case in December 2020 with a different lawyer who couldn’t communicate nor advocate for me, in fact offering options as a solution that went against my safety & best interest. I sought the counsel of Ms. Sealy and from the first appointment, I ...felt comforted by her calm, matter-of-fact demeanor, ability to listen sympathetically while clarifying what is and isn’t relevant in a case, and her vast legal knowledge. She skillfully guided me through the process, providing clear explanations of each step. Her communication was great- expeditiously responding to every call or email and looping me in on any developments. I hoped to have an attorney I could just put my trust in, and my wishes were granted. During mediation, I really got a taste of what a strong lawyer she is and was happily in awe watching her negotiate. My only regret is that I did not hire Ms. Sealy from the onset, truly a top notch attorney.

She was always understanding on every situation that came up. And even though we had not won the battle we still got support in ever aspect. I was literally surprised how she would always ask how our family was doing. And she always knew things about our feelings and helped us so much. She had a lot ...of hurdles to climb and I'm sure even she didn't know how complicated our case would be but she stuck with us all the way to the end. Couldn't have done a lot without her. She was always professional when needed. But she'd laugh and enjoy the milestones we were actually making and always kept us informed. Will be using her again if we ever need another lawyer. We appreciate everything she did.
