I have over 35 years of corporate legal experience with large and small firms and represent large and small corporate clients and individuals wanting to buy or sell a business, including physician practices, invest in real estate or get help evaluating an investment. In the past, I served as chair of the State Securities Board, a partner in a large law firm and a board member for Houston First Corporation. My goal is to work with clients to help them acheive their business objectives.
