I actively represent commercial property owners and managers in a variety of disputes arising out of the landlord/tenant relationship. My clients range from single property owners to clients with a portfolio of commercial properties.

I have been fortuante enough to try several cases to a jury, as well as bench trials and arbitrations. A majority of my cases invovle active litigation.

Represent property owners, managers, busimess owners and individuals in a variety of real property disputes, including deed restriction issues, title disputes, boundary disputes, injury to propertry, property insurance disputes, commercial evictions, lease disputes, condemnation cases, and insurance disputes.

I have succesfully defended several commercial and residential property owners in foreclosure proceedings, as well as requests for the appointment of a receiver.
