Sounds like you may be sued, likely for child support. Take the letter to an attorney and ask what it means. Sign nothing without legal advice....

you won't get any of his disability. you may get a portion of the militar retirement. As for the military insurance benefits, check with the feds.

If you hired him and he is designated "lead counsel", why don't you ask him these five questions? He's representing you in the case.
