Hire an attorney. File an objection to the form of the decree stating your specific objections. Either get your objections set or show up at entry.

If no court order gave dad the right, sure, she can move home without his consent. He can't compel her to return

You must wait 30 days after the judge signs the order unless you ask the judge to waive the 30 day prohibition and he writes that into the decree...
