Only cares about money
I hired Mr. Boutte for a DWLI case. Before hired he knew my situation of pt work and agreed to do pay arrangements. I then hired him on and very court appearance he showed up at noon. He was only worried about money and nothing else. Every court appearance he had a different price. Will never recomme...
