Victoria Plante

Victoria L. Plante, founder of Plante Law Firm, P.C., has represented clients in business and employment law since 1997. Her comprehensive practice includes business formation, contracts, daily operations, litigation, and workplace compliance. Ms. Plante is widely respected for her guidance to management on developing compliant employment policies regarding harassment, discrimination, wage, and classification issues. Licensed in Texas and admitted to several federal courts—including the U.S. Supreme Court—she has successfully tried cases in both state and federal courts and argued before the Fifth and Federal Circuit Courts of Appeals. Ms. Plante earned her J.D. from the University of Arkansas William H. Bowen School of Law, a B.A. from Louisiana State University in Shreveport, and a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. She is active in several professional associations and non-profit boards, and regularly volunteers in missions and community education. Her leadership and dedication have been recognized in Who’s Who in Black Houston. Ms. Plante is not certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
