One of the Best Family Law Attorneys in Houston - I Highly Recommend Robert Tsai

Robert Tsai, Senior Associate at Walters Gilbreath, successfully represented me in 4 different hearings. 1) Contempt of Child Support – Non-Payment against my Ex. We won 2) Deposition of my ex for the custody trial. Very well done. 3) Emergency Motion for Modification of Custody against my E...x. We won 1 out of 3. 4) Defended me on an Enforcement filed by my Ex. We won 5) Assisted Brian Walters at the final hearing. We won. As you can see, I had a very complex case. One that I would not wish upon any single father. My son and I were put through a very difficult time – all based on lies and deceit by my son’s mother. Here is what you get with Robert Tsai’s representation: a very smart attorney, a Baylor Law School graduate, extremely professional, honest, very prompt to respond to all my emails and texts, always kept me updated, answered all my questions and very patient. What I like about Robert the most is that he always had my best interest at heart. Robert’s method of questioning on the stand is aggressive – he will fight for you. Robert is clean cut, a sharp dresser and has a very professional demeanor in court. I truly believe that he is well respected by the Judges in the family courts. Systematic and detail oriented

Robert has been great in managing my case. He is very responsive and always followup on deliverables. He is detail oriented and watches out for his clients. He provided legal advice and guided me in the right direction regarding my case as well as ensured I wasn't spending unnecessarily on items that... were not required. Very Satisfied with this Family Law Attorney

I am a lawyer. I hired Robert Tsai to do some transactional work for me for my upcoming wedding and marriage. He had come highly recommended. I was very impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. He brought to my attention things I had not even considered nor would have ever understo...od without his guidance - though I am a lawyer, there are many practical things that law schools don't teach you about different areas of the law, such as family law. Robert works for a great firm and had great resources. Although he is young, he had a wealth of experience to offer for some of the issues I was confronting. Robert is ambitious and was very eager to make sure he did this correctly and professionally. I will be sending all of my family law referrals to Robert, because I know any clients I refer are in good hands. Family law is not easy, and attention to detail is crucial. Robert is your go-to-lawyer when you need it done right.

I chose to hire Walter's Gilbreath, PLLC; and worked with Robert Tsai from the beginning and to the end of my divorce. I couldn't be more happier with my decision. Walters Gilbreath and it's staff are far superior than any other firm. They are truly the best in what they do; especially my expert Law...yer, Robert Tsai. Going with any other firm would be a grave mistake. When going through divorce it is plain and simple, you need to move quick and you need to find the best lawyer there is. You're not going to find that great lawyer, wasting your time at places offering free consultations and giving false hopes and expectations. You pay for what you get out of the consultation at Walters Gilbreath, and the value is more than worth the cost. They go right to work on a plan of action and in outlining what your case should look like (and much more). You meet with lawyers at this firm, that are worth your time and money. He was always understanding, and not once did I ever feel that I was bothering him or wasting his time. Additionally Robert Tsai is very understanding with a keen grip on reality and provides a clear understanding of what's possible and what's not. While very respectful, Robert does not mince words or sugar-coats anything. He is very honest and to the point in order to set clear expectations. A very big thing that I appreciated was, that it was always very easy to get ahold of him, and I never once was handed off to deal with any paralegals. When it came to all matters and concerns regarding my case, I dealt and spoke directly with my lawyer, Robert. The processes of my divorce and child custody issues were quite complex. Robert and Walters Gilbreath seemingly handled everything with ease. These kind of events tend to be one of the most difficult, maddening, and gut-wrenching experiences one endures; often ending badly. Knowledgeable and Helpful Family Lawyer

Robert recently helped me with a custody case concerning my two daughters. Throughout the process, he was both considerate and very helpful.
