VA Formal Hearing Rep

Mr. Goss and his team are absolutely fantastic. I attempted to find representation from several different places and no one would take my case because I am fighting a reduction in rating where no back pay was going to be entitled. Mr. Goss and his team are the upmost professionals and I couldn’t ...have asked for a better group of people to represent me and help me fight the VA battles. I would highly recommend him for anyone dealing with the VA and the rating system. I cannot express my thanks enough.

VA Hearing

This man sat next to me during the hardest day of my life. He did his best to get the right questions to me and then the right answers from me. He did this as I was falling apart in front of the VA judge. His ability to stay calm in an intense situation is the only reason I didn’t lose my mind at the... hearing.

Great Attorney

My attorney Robert B Goss represented me in a difficult VA case. If anyone has had to deal with the VA knows how difficult it can be. Attorney Goss was well prepared and presented case law on my behalf that will eventually have a favarable outcome. If anyone is in need of a good attorney please cont...act his office for assistance.

One of the worst mistakes I ever made.

Mr. Goss represented me a few years back, and it was the worst experience I have ever had with an attorney. He constantly made promises he did not even try to keep, was not prepared for anything (tried to file motions the day of the trial by just handing them to the clerk), and he actually falsified ...his billing with double-charges and so-forth that he put right in his bill without trying to disguise it. He even changed his story more than once about my case, and seemed to be working on behalf of opposing counsel. I am not saying that as a guess, he actually counseled me on what he wanted to do by beginning with things like, "their attorneys think we should...," on more than one occasion. There is no way I would ever hire him again, and if he hadn't kept me occupied by putting me into a horrible situation I had to fight to get out of, I would have sued him.

The client (person on lease) demanded to settle immediately prior to going to trial. The Judge had client read into the record agreement to the terms. Firm was fully prepared with both Attorney and paralegal in court. The client's boyfriend seems to be the writer of the post. No billing errors existed. Boyfriend did contact an attorney who also let client's BF know no errors in billing existed.
