I have experience in civil litigation in Texas state courts and in federal courts in Texas and New Mexico.

I have worked on appeals in Texas state appellate courts, the Texas Supreme Court, and several federal courts of appeal.

I have experience in representing governmental entities (local and international) and in filing cases against governmental entities (local, state, and international). I have also worked on cases involving government contracts and contract fraud.

I have experience in Medicare/Medicaid fraud false claims act litigation (from the relator's side). I have also represented health care providers and health care businesses in various types of civil litigation.
