I am a commercial trial lawyer focusing on business issues important to owners and managers of businesses whose primary customers are other businesses. I have extensive experience representing construction trades and the owners of businesses involved in construction. I also have significant experience addressing issues affecting title, ownership and use of real property.

The goals of this representation are to resolve immediate questions, to address long term matters with clarity and to provided solid, consistent guidance all of which assist my clients to do what they do best.
