What you need to know about him is he will not respond to you fast so does other lawyers unless they charge you ridiculuose amount for every minute they spent on your case. Have to mention it took me time and effort working with... him but what need to be considered is immigration is hot topics in USA and lawyers get overloaded and have luxury of selection and obviously use advantage. Mark on the other hand had spent counless hours with me face to face while was always struggle to reach him over phone or email and asked no extra payment. If you decide to work with Mark keep in mind your personal input should compensate affordable price. If looking for convenient pay and forget type of lawyer be ready to spend at least three times as much. My personal opinion the way he works keeps him affordable. My NIW case was success but would I listen to Mark at start it would take significantly less time to conclude my case.
