If that's all the waiver says and it was properly executed after the date the petition was filed, you should be in good shape.

If a person has 2 jobs but only reports 1, by law, can this person be forced to pay what's fair for child support?

Yes both jobs should count for child support. Proving the day job will be the truck and us where a lawyer would help.

You can not represent him (file things for him) unless you are a lawyer. You can facilitate him hiring a lawyer.
