You can modify as to the first two children. You might consider an order with regard to the third.

If you have a lawyer, your ex's lawyer isn't supposed to communicate directly with you. Talk to your lawyer.

Go back to the lawyer who represented you in the divorce. Or hire one. It will be much harder to clean thus up than it would have been to get it...
