You have an attorney so you can not file pro se unless the court signs a withdrawal of counsel. It is really not a good idea to proceed pro se...

You need to talk to a California lawyer. Find out what the rules are there. In Texas if they have the child six months they can sue for custody.

HIRE A LAWYER. NOW. You will need to sue your siblings. You may need to due the bank for giving them access. This is not something you can do pro se.

Unless you have a spouse who wants to adopt, it is unlikely that a court will terminate your Ex's rights and duties toward your child.
