Biography
A licensed attorney since 2005, Korey Huff is our senior attorney and has successfully represented numerous individuals in simple and complex criminal and personal injury cases. He has handled over 1,500 criminal cases & has secured HUNDREDS of Dismissals in Harris County. Additionally, he has successfully settled over $1 million dollars in personal injury cases.
Attorney Huff was the 1st Attorney in Texas to win a Ch. 95 Appeal via the 1st Court of Appeals and recently won a claim against the Harris County Sherriff’s Office for leaving an inmate locked in a filthy, feces filled, bug infested, unsanitary cell without proper medical attention and/or recreational time. Attorney Huff worked with the Department of Justice, FBI, Texas Senator, Internal Affairs, etc… to ensure his client received Justice. Harris County ultimately Paid $400, to Mr. Huff’s Client in the form of a settlement check.
Attorney Huff earned his BA from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and his Law Doctorate from South Texas College of Law- Houston. He was trained by the TCDLA Trial College- Learning from some of the best trial lawyers in Texas.
