Joshua Walker is a commercial and civil litigator representing both plaintiffs and defendants in commercial, products liability, toxic tort, personal injury, oil/gas, and construction law litigation. Josh has also designed and implemented programs to assist international corporations in complying with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act as well as represented clients who have been investigated by the Department of Justice. Josh currently serves as an Independent Hearing Examiner for the Texas Education Agency where he helps resolve disputes between school districts and teachers.
