This year I will celebrate 16 years of experience in estate planning, guardianships, probate, and probate litigation, including past positions as a probate court staff attorney and adjunct professor of law.
I believe my personal experience is just as important as my knowledge as a lawyer and educator. I have served as the guardian of a loved one and probated wills of close family members who have passed away. I understand estate planning, probate and guardianship issues from your point of view.
