Jeffrey Benton Musslewhite

Raised in Houston, Jeff Musslewhite brings both local insight and a wealth of legal experience to Brown & Musslewhite. After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin, Jeff worked with a prominent Houston law firm, significantly contributing to high-profile cases such as Chick Kam Choo v. Exxon Corp., where the plaintiffs prevailed with a $12 million verdict. Motivated to champion the injured, he earned his law degree from The University of Baltimore School of Law, also attending South Texas College of Law as a visiting student, and gained additional experience working for Congressman Nick Lampson in Washington, D.C. Jeff’s early career focused on representing investors against major brokerage firms, achieving noteworthy recoveries on behalf of his clients. He then joined his father in representing personal injury plaintiffs, taking pride in securing just outcomes for those most in need. Jeff co-founded Brown & Musslewhite in 2012 and has continued representing individuals injured as the result of the negligence of others and has successfully recovered tens of millions of dollars for his clients. Jeff values compassionate client service and is dedicated to achieving the best possible results. He lives in Houston with his wife and three children, actively supporting area charities. His professional memberships include the American Association for Justice and Who’s Who in North America.
