Do not deliver on services

I had the pleasure of being referred to Erick Delarue to stop two foreclosures. Worst suggestion I should have listened to. Erick Delarue and his firm never stopped the foreclosure and I could not close in my loan process. The foreclosures consistently was brought up by the underwriters. He and his ...law firm took a total of $6000 and did not deliver on ANYTHING he stated he would to stop the foreclosure. Watch yourself when dealing with this practice and do your due diligence on this person.
