Christopher Stephen Morales

Christopher Morales continues his business practice in Gray Reed & McGraw’s Houston office, where he focuses on corporate, partnership and federal income tax matters. He regularly advises clients on the tax-efficient structuring and execution of business mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures, with particular expertise in the formation and taxation of partnerships, limited liability companies and S corporations. He also advises clients on debt and equity offerings and represents clients in proceedings against the IRS.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Morales worked in the financial statement auditing group of a Big Four accounting firm.
