Trevon Watson

Trevon Watson is a founding partner at the Law Office of Trevon Watson, PLLC, and focuses primarily on advising clients on business, commercial real estate transactions and commercial and residential construction defects in Texas. Mr. Watson’s practice is centered around effectively drafting, researching and negotiating for investors, property owners and contractors in Texas. Mr. Watson drafts deeds, purchase and sale agreements, commercial real estate leases, company agreements and advises clients of his findings.

Mr. Watson’s goal is to provide his clients with the representation, knowledge, and advice
necessary to keep their businesses moving forward. To achieve this, Mr. Watson’s approach is
thorough and practical. Mr. Watson carefully considers the facts and all relevant information,
while tailoring his services to the unique needs of his clients. Mr. Watson takes great pride in
delivering comprehensive, polished, and efficient work product to his clients.

Mr. Watson’s approach is calm and pragmatic – first, through an understanding of his client’s
business, goals, and the demands of the client’s investors and, secondly, through his knowledge
of real estate and construction.

Originally from Louisiana, Mr. Watson attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in
Lafayette, Louisiana where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a
minor in Law. Mr. Watson went straight from undergraduate studies into law school at Texas
Southern University, Thurgood Marshall School of Law where he graduated Cum Laude and received his Juris doctorate.

Outside of the office, Mr. Watson enjoys playing Tennis and creating memories with his family.
