I currently focus my practice in the areas of consumer law and consumer bankruptcy. I also enjoy suing debt collectors who unlawfully harass my clients! I enjoy defending credit card lawsuits and suing lenders and debt collectors who engage in unlawful debt-collection practices or invade my clients' right to privacy while trying to collect money.
