About me

I currently focus my practice in the areas of consumer law and consumer bankruptcy.  I also enjoy suing debt collectors who unlawfully harass my clients!  I provide a free handout with legal form letters that will enable people to stop debt-collection harassment -- without bankruptcy. Just send me an email to and I will send the handout to you.

I enjoy defending credit card lawsuits and suing lenders and debt collectors who engage in unlawful debt-collection practices or invade my clients' right to privacy while trying to collect money.  Just because you may owe money, you still have powerful legal rights! I have been through tough times and I want to help others through whatever challenges they are facing.

Sometimes, bankruptcy is the best option to obtain debt relief and/or to save a home from foreclosure.  I will honestly tell you if bankruptcy is the best option for you and your family.  I provide a free initial consultation.

I have been married to my High school sweetheart for more than 26 years and have two spoiled cats.
