En enero de el 2015 mi hijo llego a el pais despues de sus vacaciones,siendo residente legal de los EEUU por 17 anos fue detenido por emigracion por problemas de el pasado que el ya habia solucionado ,enfrentando una posible deportacion. contratamos la firma de abogados Gonzalez Olivieri donde uno de... sus abogados tomo el caso ,en un principio estubimos muy nerviosos pues este abogado no actuo de la devida forma, pero la licenciada Naimeh Salem de la misma Firma de abogados tomo el caso en sus manos haciendose respomsable representando a mi hijo de una forma impecablemente profesional y desmostrando asi la seriedad de la firma de abogados GONZALEZ OLIVIERI estamos supremamente satisfechos y agradecidos con la licenciada Naineh Salem pues nosotros vivimos en Michigan y nuestro hijo estaba detenido en Houston fue una experiencia muy desagradable pero gracias a la licenciada y a su grupo de trabajo logramos salir de el problema ,Dios la bendiga por su trabajo honesto y responsable.

I submitted my case back in 2019, paid all the fees (I have the contract). Owed zero dollars and when I would call, I would always ask about my dues and account; everyone I spoke with said I was okay, did not owe anything. Today, a woman by the name of Judith abruptly called and unprofessionally said... I owed over $500+ and needed to pay them. Not allowing me to speak, she insisted I needed to pay because that’s what I owed because of an “audit” they did, that sounds to me like your firm is loosing money and you’re wanting people to pay extra. ¡I have bank statements, I have the contract from 2019 where it states that the last $500+ she is talking about WERE PAID! They are constantly “updating their system,” “using new technology” “getting new computers, etc” and they will ALWAYS use that as an excuse to say they’ve lost your information, your paperwork and anything that’s a follow-up in your case. Mind you, I HAVE TO CALL THEM every other month to find out about my case and every time I call, they confuse me with a different Sandra. ¿I’m sorry, what? Every time I have to call because once they get the money, you will no longer hear from them: not a courtesy call, not a “hi, ma’am, your case is doing well.” Nothing. This firm was said to be for the good of Latinos but being featured on Telemundo took a turn for the worst, they no longer care and you will NEVER hear from the lawyers/attorneys themselves. You will not see their faces. I am dissatisfied, disappointed and WILL NEVER tell a Latino(a) to visit this firm because they are unorganized, unprofessional and lack common sense. Please, USE A DIFFERENT LAW FIRM, I genuinely care for people, especially Latinos and because I’m going through this is that I am insisting you, DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE TO LOOK OVER YOUR CASE. It’s not worth it.
