I had no hope. I was so defeated. Convinced I was going to prison. Convinced! Then, I consulted with Mr. Paz and he shined some light onto my hopeless situation. David Paz recently represented me. The case was dismissed! He was in constant communication with me for nearly a year and never once made me feel nervous about the outcome. He never made a 100% guarantee and was realistic with possible outcomes & scenarios. He was easy to communicate with and I was n...ever left out of the loop when new information arose. He was very timely and professional with all communication. I was required to go to court several times (numerous resets by the ADA) and he was there each time without fail.
