A dismissal is always the best "option." If it is a dismissal conditioned on restitution or some other provision its still better than PTD.

School Districts don't have access to items that have been sealed as result of a Petition for Nondisclosure. You can have that misdemeanor charges...

This is a civil issue. A procedural civil issue at that. Jury has nothing to do with this issue.

You may request a new public defender. Not sure what you mean by transcripts but he can't give you a copy of your Offense Report.
