My primary client base includes small to medium sized businesses and individuals who are seeking assistance with acquiring, protecting and enforcing their trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets. I also have expertise in business disputes (breach of contract, fiduciary duty disputes, non-competition and confidentiality disputes, etc.). I am able to appear before all courts in Harris County and Fort Bend County and am also admitted to practice by the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
