Biography
After receiving a full academic scholarship to the University of Texas, I couldn’t pack his bags for Austin fast enough. There, I graduated with honors from the Business Honors Program at the McCombs School of Business, with a specialization in Finance. I then graduated from the University of Texas School of Law, also with honors.
I believe that my technical business background provides him a much deeper understanding of the impact of litigation on his clients, not just in the courtroom, but also in the boardroom where the critical business decisions get made. This insight has served his clients well, ranging from large international corporations to family owned business that are the backbone of our country’s economy.
Cliff has also represented individuals and families who have lost loved ones in catastrophic accidents, whether from negligence or defective products. The serious injury or death of a loved one is a life changing event that no one should be forced to endure, and Cliff takes great pride in aggressively seeking the justice his clients deserve.
I bring a diversity of legal experience to the table for the benefit of his clients. I am a former partner of one the top litigation boutiques in the country and has served as the General Counsel for a leading oil & gas advisory firm.
Throughout my legal career, I yearned for “a better way” of doing things. In 2016, with a great deal of faith, I launched Walston Bowlin with my good friend and colleague, Josh Bowlin. I look forward to serving clients with our unique blend of talent, energy, and passion.
