As a VA rated 100% disabled veteran, permanent and total, I could not have chosen a better Law firm than Makris Law to handle my appeal process for SSDI. I was awarded a fully favorable decision by the ALJ due to the hard work of the firm and my assigned attorney. I was referred by someone who had a favorable experience with this agency. However, I am not pleased with the way they do business. I never receive updates or any communication regarding our case. I email the assigned representative with supporting documentation. I get an email that it has been rece...ived, and that's it. I have never worked with a legal firm working on my behalf who does not communicate anything.

I have been a client of this law firm for over 3 years. I have never spoken with the attorney and calls are not returned. I can’t get a status on my SSI claim. So I should have done some research on lawyers this is one that I would have not picked. I found that his reviews are really bad not returni...ng calls!!!!

Current client (May2016) for SSD claim. This review may be a little premature, but to save time and energy. I have received NO personal response from the firm; having left messages & sent emails and even to the extent of mailing letters of dis-satisfation with service & communication. I am currently... in my 1st appeal & my situation has changed, but still I am unable to convey these changes as again I get no response. How do you 'win' when the firm does not communicate with you? I will update my review as contact is made. Thanks, but I would keep looking if you are going to be an "active" participant in your case.
