Pros: I find this lawyer to be very reliable, personable, detail oriented, does not lead you on but tells you the facts of your situation, enables you to see the end goal/big picture view. He started on my case within minutes--he helped me resolved a leasing situation that seemed impossible to me! Th...e man is good at his job, he has a very articulate way of clearly stating what the law says and your rights vs your opponent etcetera and how to resolve an issue. Payment: He does not take credit cards but allows for payment plan with timely payments. In terms of needed improvement his staff needs to update or communicate more with client at least give one update per week or every 2 weeks (say something on the case , e.g. a text, or email or phone call so we are all on the same page), but I'm guessing they have a lot to do. Anyway, he deserves 5 stars and 2 thumbs up for the quality of work, willingness to follow through what he says he will do.
