There is misc expense that is not specified in the contract. I was told to pay $40 Fedex service after 6 months of sending application. Contact may includes the service "Lawyer's attending the USCIS interview with applicant", but Lawyer fails to attend for unknown reason. You won't get refund for no...t providing service as per contract. If you are paying service charges in Dollar, you will not get the service equivalent to that.

Worst attorney I have ever had. I hired her despite all the bad reviews about not being reliable. First of all, once you pay her it is a hassle to see her, you'll have to deal with her assistants. I gave $500 as a down payment for my case. She never showed up at my interview. when I confronted her sh...e told me that the $500 was for her time when we first met. I told her that I had already paid for the visitation fees. She then told me that she will look into it. I have been calling for MONTHS trying to get my $500 back but her assistants always tell me the same "I will let her know and she'll get back to you". DO NOT USE HER unless you have money to throw away.
