I needed Mr LIn assistance on my J1 visa waiver. When we started to work on the case with him, we had almost a year and a half to get matter resolved without needing to leave the country. From the beginning, we had problems contacting him with any matter, getting response by e-mail without multiple c...alls, which unnecessarily delayed the paperwork submission and resulted in not receiving the decision on time. The favorable recommendation finally came, but it was already too late for us. I am really disappointed with Mr Lin attitude in our case.
