Olugboyega Rotimi Areola

After denial of my I-130, I had a deadline of Sept 10, 2020 to file an appeal. I paid and submitted all documents requested before the end of July 2020 but Areola submitted my appeal on April 19, 2021 (7 months after deadline). Whenever I called to let him know I did not get receipt from USCIS, he ju...st said 'I sent it'. Coupled with " a brief in support of the appeal" was not filed. Bottomline, after 4 years of delay & time waisted, DHS requests that the Board should dismiss the case

He is the worst lawyer that I ever met. I hired him for an immigration case. He didn't listen to my case, all he wants is money. He really doesn't know much about any of the laws that he is practicing. He is never available in his office and his court documentation is copied and pasted plagiarism fro...m other lawyers' cases that don't relate to your case. He is a useless fraud attorney. He has a bad record with the immigration office. USCIS always denial all his clients because immigration knew him as a fraudulent lawyer.

I am writing this review because I’m very disappointed with how Mr. Areola has treated me. After helping me finalize my divorce additional paper work was supposed to be filed in order to complete the case. I have contacted Areola & Associates on numerous occasions and have not gotten any feedback. Mr.... Areola doesn’t reply to any means of communication and claims to always be busy. He was paid in full January of 2016 for his services. I would not recommend him to anyone because he did not complete his end of the agreement.
