Normally you need more than "Paid in Full
for a judge. But you can always argue it now, before any suit is filed.

Sure, you can and you are required to include the debt in the bankruptcy I would not expect continued services from the dentist after filing.

Marriage is presumed valid. Not having sex with your spouse for 7 years does not result in an automatic divorce.
