If what is contained in the draft is not a cause of action that would be something for which the court could grant relief, then it may be improper

The question is hard to read, best to print out a copy of the bk schedules and go to a 2nd lawyer in the region and ask them for help.

I have a judgment against me for a failed subdivision in the amount of 1.2 Million. If I settle, can I avoid a deficiency.

You need to get that in writing. If is it not in the settlement, then they can go and issue the deficiency.
