Now you will not be able to keep. All credit card subscribe to the your credit and will cancel when they see you file the bankruptcy.

Most will not finance until you get your discharge. If you are in a 13, check with your trustee for some dealers

Jesus, you need a lawyer. I cannot believe they will not take payment and are threatening wage garnishment. i would pay nothing right now.

You need to sit with your attorney and review your current income. it is hard for us to say "yes" without looking at the income and the estate.
