They can take up to 1/2 of your check under Texas family code. This is proper.

You need to call the court ask if judge typically allows this. Then you would motion the court to do this.

Normally if no one shows up it is dismissed or reset. You would get further notice if reset.

Read the order and see what the order states you are obligated to pay. If you do not understand the order, take it to a lawyer to review.
