Those are hard to prove, but if you wrote the check and the account was closed,then yes you could go to jail. Otherwise you cannot.

You will have 30 days to cure then you can be posted the 1st tuesday of the month for foreclosure, best to hire a bankruptcy attorney

they are supposed to domesticate the judgment to collect the money, but it is proper to garnish wages for spousal support in Texas.
