I was very fortunate to find Dannielle during the worst and lowest time in my life. I’ve never been to court before but I spent weeks and funds trying to find the right attorney that would help me. I hired Ms. Simms to represent me in a custody matter that involved CPS. I was terrified. It was a horrible experience for me and my family. I was in a panic until I found Ms. Simms. CPS accused me of being physically abusive to my son. I was not given an opportunity to understand anything. It was li...ke a freight train that I could not get ahold of. Once Ms. Simms came in, she not only slowed down the train, but she also jumped in the driver's seat and shut it down. She was able to establish clear control where I did not feel like I was being forced to do anything. Without her, I felt very lost and no one would hear me. The minute she got there, all of this stopped. In addition to the above, she answered every single question I had no matter how many times or ways I asked it. She will walk you through the process. She's blunt and to the point which is helpful in times of panic and stress. She is wonderful and got my case closed without even stepping foot into a courtroom.

Danielle is a terrible lawyer. I have family and friends who currently have her as counsel. She uses very malicious tactics to scare the other parties she is fighting but it does not pan out in court after a while. She also changes 100+ dollars for an EMAIL. Not only that, she request things that are... not in the best interest of her clients all the while making sure she is not being fair to the opposing party for the best interest of all parties involved. From her actions, she may have been hurt in the past and chose this side of law to direct get back at the bitterness she suffered from in her life . She is not fair, and will make it seem like she is really working for you but she is milking you for everything you have ! Do not recommend her unless you are looking for an emotion lawyer to represent you.

Dannielle poorly represented me, she did not do 90% of the things she promised. She is horrible with communication, does not respond to emails, phone calls or text messages. She also has a horrible attitude. She charged me a large sum of money and rounded up our time to receive every dime. It is also... very strange how I did not receive a penny of my retainer back. I would not recommend she represent my dog...
