- Mexican licensed attorney since 2002 - Coordinate all legal matters, utilizing outside counsel when necessary, for commercial, corporate and compliance issues for several countries in the Latin America Region (Mexico, Ecuador, Venezuela, Trinidad & Tobago, Suriname, Guyana and other Caribbean islands);   - Negotiate and draft contracts for services and products with the companies’ clients in all areas of the operations including master service agreements including confidentiality agreements, hazardous work contracts, letters of intent, purchase orders, work order contracts, transportation contracts, deepwater/shelf/onshore exploration and production contracts; - Negotiate and draft software license, distributor and joint development agreements - Develop, implement and perform individualized and group training sessions for the business and support functions regarding contracting policies, COBC, FCPA and the new Anti-Corruption law in Mexico; - Supervise bid processes, review tender documents and interpret contract terms for management’s consideration and approval; - Facilitate contract execution by ensuring all contracts comply with company policy or that non-compliant terms have been approved by appropriate authority level.
