My professional life has taught me that communication and caring is paramount to building trusting relationships with your customers. For many, litigation is an unfamiliar and scary process. My career as an insurance claims adjuster showed me that my clients, whether individuals or small businesses, most feared the unknown and needed communication for comfort during the process. I discovered that the more they were informed about the litigation process in general, and the status of their case specifically, the more that they trusted me. After nearly twenty years of classroom teaching, I know that a large part of any important pursuit, whether legal or otherwise, is in fact the learning process.
