Bill Jackson represents clients in environmental, natural resource damages, contamination and remediation cases from coast to coast. He is currently representing the State of Louisiana in assessing the natural resource damages and economic impacts related to the Deepwater Horizon Gulf Oil Spill and the State of New Jersey in connection with the Passaic River litigation. Jackson also represents transportation sector clients as co-national counsel on cost-recovery and NRD matters.
In addition to his environmental practice, Bill Jackson has extensive experience in representing plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of commercial litigation matters, including suits involving partnership and corporate formation issues, alter ego and de facto merger issues, civil-RICO, ERISA, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud and negligent misrepresentation, tortious interference, and breach of contract and indemnity matters.
